1. Jio Platforms

The company owns India’s largest mobile network Jio, which also owns the Jio connectivity business – mobile, broadband, business, and other digital assets. In May 2020, Jio Platforms was reported to be the fourth largest Indian company in terms of market capitalization.

2.Reliance Retail

It is a retail business owned by Reliance Industries and has 1500+ stores throughout India. Many brands such as Reliance Fresh, Reliance Footprint, Reliance Digital, Reliance Wellness, Reliance Trends, Reliance Super, Reliance Mart, Reliance Store, Reliance Home Kitchens, Reliance Market, and Reliance Jewel fall under the Reliance Industries Subsidiaries Retail brand.

The annual revenue for the 2019 financial year was 62 1.62 billion. It is ranked 56th in the Top Global Top Retailers list and is the only Indian Retailer to be included in the Top 100. It is the largest and most lucrative store in India with a wide reach. Reliance Retail has over 140 million loyal customers who buy in all of its formats.

3. Jio Payments Bank

Jio Payments Bank is an Indian payment bank, owned by Reliance Industries and based in Mumbai. It went live in 2018. It partnered with State Bank of India and then merged with Jio Payments Bank Limited in November 2016. Jio Payments Bank Limited is 70% owned by  Reliance Industries and 30% by State Bank of India.

4. Mumbai Indians 

The Mumbai Indians is a cricket team based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, which competes in the Indian Premier League (IPL). It was founded by Reliance Industries through its 100% subsidiary Indian Sports. In 2019, the brand value of Mumbai Indians was estimated to be around ₹809 crore, which was the highest among all IPL franchises for the fourth consecutive year. 5. Reliance Foundation

Relief Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Mukesh Ambani in 2010. It is fully owned by Reliance Industries Limited and is one of the largest reliance industries subsidiaries with nonprofits. The Reliance Foundation is the largest user of CSR for the third consecutive year in India. The Relief Foundation was formerly called the Dhirubhai Ambani Foundation.

6. Reliance Petroleum

Reliance Petroleum is an Indian petroleum company owned by Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), which is one of India’s largest private sector companies. It is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and focuses on the downstream oil business. Reliance Petroleum is Indian petroleum that specializes in oil and energy.

7. Network18 Group 

Most of you might be unaware of the fact that Network18 Media & Investments Limited is also one of the reliance industries subsidiaries. It is an Indian media and communications company that is mainly owned by Reliance Industries. In 2020, it became the parent company of TV18, DEN Networks, and Hathway Cable, and Datacom.

8. Reliance Life Science

The company specializes in medical, botanical, and biotechnology industry opportunities. It focuses on the production, branding, and marketing of Reliance Industries products in Biopharmaceuticals, clinical research services, regenerative medicine, molecular medicine, new therapies, biofuels, biotechnology plants, and industrial biotechnology sectors in the commercial enterprise industry.

The Reliance Institute of life science was established by the Dhirubhai Ambani Foundation so that it can offer higher education in different life science fields.

9. Reliance Logistics

Reliance Logistics is an asset-based company that has its own fleet and infrastructure. It sells transportation, distribution, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain-related products. It provides logistics services to other Reliance group subsidiaries and outsiders.

10. Reliance Clinical Research Services (RCRS)

It is a fully owned subsidiary of Reliance Life Science, which specializes in the clinical research services industry. Its clients are mainly pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. Backers have the adaptability to browse the full scope of administrations to meet their examination needs. 11. Reliance Solar

The solar energy subsidiary of Reliance focuses to produce and retail solar energy systems primarily to remote and rural areas. It offers a variety of products that are based on solar energy such as solar lanterns, home lighting, street lighting, water purification systems, refrigeration systems, solar air conditioners, etc.
